William Harold Schreiner

Bill was born in Springville, New York on Tuesday, March 22, 1955, to the late Harold and Lillian (Wittmeyer) Schreiner.  He peacefully passed away after a nine-year battle with cancer, at home with his family on August 11, 2021.  Bill is survived by his: wife Karen (Palof) Schreiner; children: Maria (Maxwell Robbins), Monica (Philip Willis), Joseph, Angela, Jerome, Alice, and Clare; grandchildren: Killian (5), Magdalena (4), and Eilis (1); and siblings: Linda (William) DeBuhr, Sharon (Robert) Reed, Ronald (Gloria) Schreiner, Thomas (Brenda) Schreiner, and Lori (Curtis) Neureuter.

Bill was able to be a wonderful husband, father, and friend because he was a true man of faith.  He was generous, loving and had a witty sense of humor. He enjoyed learning, being outdoors, but above all spending time with his family.  We want to extend our gratitude to all who have kept Bill and our family in their prayers throughout these years.

The celebration of Bill’s life will take place at Shepherd of the Hills Catholic Church, W1562 County Road B, Eden, WI on August 14 ^th .  The visitation will be held from 9:00 am – 11:30 am. Rosary will begin at 11:40 am with a Mass of Christian Burial at noon.  Bill will be laid to rest privately with family at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery.
