Walter Rekowski Jr.

Walter E. Rekowski Jr., 66, of Lomira, passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh. He was born on August 24, 1955, in Greenfield, a son of Walter and Geraldine Rekowski (nee Orne). Walter was a graduate of Greenfield High School. He worked as a Service Engineer fixing printing presses for IMC America. Walter enjoyed riding his motorcycle, going to rallies, fixing things, and taking his grandchildren out for ice cream.

Walter is survived by his children, Jimmy (Charity) Rekowski, Mike Holiday, Joe Moench, Danny Dunaway, and Terri Alexander; 11 grandchildren; and brothers, Scott (Carol) Rekowski, Ronnie Rekowski, and Mike Rekowski. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his partner, Ellen Dunaway; son Bobby Dunaway, and many siblings.

Visitation will be on Sunday, October 24, 2021 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Twohig Funeral Home, 305 Fond du Lac Ave Fond du Lac, WI. 54935. Memorial Service will begin at 2:00 pm.
