Russell G Leu

Russell G. Leu, 76, of Campbellsport, passed away on March 6, 2022, at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac.

Russell was born on February 14, 1946, in Fond du Lac, the son of the late Albert Leu and Marjorie Ritchie. On May 11, 1973, he was united in marriage to Janet Wesner in Rockford, Illinois. Russell worked at Regal Ware until his retirement in 1996. He loved his dogs, cats and his family. Russell was an avid hunter and fisherman in addition to cooking and boxing. He attended the monthly birthday lunch with his brothers and sisters from another mother.

Those Russell leaves behind to cherish his memory include his wife, Janet; his son, Michael Shane (Lisa) Leu; his grandson, Owen Leu; five stepchildren, April (Art) Flores, David (Gea) Myers, Kim (Joseph) Lindsey, Paul Myers, and Mary Jo (Gary) Kassel; 11 step grandchildren; 15 step greatgrandchildren; nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

In addition to his mother and father, Russell is preceded in death by his sisters Viola (Don) Lavernz, Gloria (John) Sukup, and one grandson, Logan Foster.

VISITATION: Russell’s family will greet relatives and friends at Lighthouse Christian Church, 401 National Avenue, in Fond du Lac from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday March 16, 2022.

MEMORIAL SERVICE: A service for Russell will be held at 11:00 a.m. at Lighthouse Christian Church with Pastor Dave Ogren officiating.
