Katherine Mary Tomlinson

Katherine (Kathy) Mary Tomlinson, 85, formerly of Campbellsport went to her heavenly home on Sunday, May 8, 2022 at Hope Health and Rehabilitation Center, Lomira. She was born at St Agnes Hospital on November 23, 1936, the daughter of Frank and Evelyn (Gerhartz) Bartoli. On July 6, 1957, she was united in marriage to Arthur L Tomlinson at St Martin’s Catholic Church in Ashford.  He preceded her in death on January 27, 2022.

Kathy retired from St Joseph’s Convent, where she cherished her time with the sisters who resided there.  She was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church in Campbellsport.  She had an incredible talent for working with yarn. She knitted, crocheted and made macrame plant hangers. Several of her knitted bears have made their way to Children’s Hospital as gifts for the patients there.  Gardening also gave her a sense of peace and pleasure.

Survivors include her children Tina (Eric) Ebert, Gina Young and Art Tomlinson, grandchildren Hailey, Kaitlyn, Tyler and Kyle, brothers Richard (Sara) Bartoli, Dennis (Geraldine) Bartoli, sister Charmaine (Ray) Hernandez, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Francis Bartoli, a special nephew Michael Bartoli, her in-laws, sister and brothers-in-law, Elaine and John Neckuty, Dale Tomlinson, and niece Debra Koontz.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 13, 2022 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at the Twohig Funeral Home, 109 W. Main St. Campbellsport. The memorial service will begin at 2:00 pm with Rev. Mark Jones officiating. The burial will follow at St. Matthew’s Cemetery.
