Joua Ge Xiong

Joua Ge Xiong (Paj Cai), 79 of Fond du Lac passed away on July 7, 2024, at The Manor of Fond du Lac, with his loving family by his side. He was born on April 6, 1945, in Laos, son of Mai Joua Vang and Nhia Houa Xiong.

Joua Ge served 15 years in the SGU Army in the Vietnam War. He was a Captain, Commander of 100 Soldiers. Him and his family came to the United States in the mid -1980’s. In his spare time, he enjoyed biking, hiking, and spending time with his family. Joua touched many lives with his generosity and helping others.

He leaves behind his beloved wife, Chia; sons Kayee, Kevin (Pao), Hue Sue, Long, Fong (Neng), and Chen Leng; daughters See, Mee and Mai Xong; sisters Nou and Mai Tso; numerous grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life gathering on Saturday and Sunday, September 14-15, 2024 (24-hours service) at the Twohig Funeral Home in Fond du Lac. Burial service will be on Monday, September 16, 2024, in Estabrooks Cemetery.

The family extends a special thanks to the nurses and staff of SSM Health at Home Hospice and The Manor of Fond du Lac.
