Helen D. Grivetz of Campbellsport passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 4, 2021. She was born on July 29, 1929 in Milwaukee, the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Grivetz (nee Ursic). Helen worked at Rexnord Corporation doing statistical work. She enjoyed downhill and cross-country skiing, walking, golfing, skating, spending time outdoors and had a deep love for ice cream. Helen also enjoyed time spent by Lake Tichigan with family and friends. Helen was a devoted member of St. Matthew Catholic Church.
She is survived by her nephews and niece, Richard (Cathy) Romanski, James Romanski, and Jamie Romanski; and God-daughter, Lynn Mary Smith. She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Lucy, Mary, Annie, Joe, Frank, Fran, and many other relatives.
Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 11:00 am at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 406 E. Main St. Campbellsport. Rev. Mark Jones and Rev. Neil Zinthefer will concelebrate and burial of cremated remains will follow at St. Matthews Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the time of Mass on Thursday.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to St. Matthew Catholic Church
