Donald Leroy Gregory Jr.

Donald Leroy Gregory, Jr., age 61 passed away unexpectedly on March 24, 2024.

Donald was born on October 26, 1962 to the late Donald and Connie (nee Dewitz) Gregory, Sr. Don was united in marriage to Tina Paar on September 26, 1989. Tina passed away in 2014. Don loved and cared very much for family. At family get togethers he was the life of the get togethers. Don loved all family pets as he was a magnet to them as they wouldn’t leave him alone. Don was employed at Mercury Marine. He liked what he did and recently talked about getting ready for his retirement. He wanted to go somewhere warm. Don was an avid Milwaukee Brewer and Green Bay Packer fan. He could tell you the names of every player on the roster including the minor league players. Don should have been a coach as he knew the whole roster. Don went to every early season practice he could get to and stood in line for hours to get autographs. Don also collected from an early age NBA, Baseball, and Football cards. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Those left to cherish Donald’s memory include his son, Shawn Gregory; brothers, Jim (Melanie) Gregory of Beaver Dam, Jerry Gregory of Milan, Illinois, and Onnie (Echo) Gregory of Beaver Dam; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, Donald is preceded in death by his wife, Tina Gregory.

VISITATION: Don’s family will greet relatives and friends on Tuesday, April 9th, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., at Twohig Funeral Home (305 Fond du lac Avenue, Fond du lac, WI).

MEMORIAL SERVICE: Following visitation at 1:00 p.m. a memorial service will be held for Don with Chaplain Jim Mallmann officiating the service.
