Craig E. Thull, 72, of Campbellsport, WI, entered eternal life on May 4, 2024. He was born on April 17, 1952. Craig was known for his kind, hardworking, and selfless nature. He was generous with his time and talents, and always quick with a joke, making him a joy to be around. He cheered proudly at his children's and grandchildren's sporting events and was the original GPS well before smartphones.
Craig grew up on his family's farm in St. Michael's and graduated from Kewaskum High School. He married Lois Strupp on August 30, 1974, and was devoted to his family from that point forward. He had a successful trucking career at Level Valley Dairy and UPS, retiring in 2017 with over 3,000,000 miles on the road. He will fondly be remembered by many as "Rebel Streaker." Craig was a member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church, serving the parish in countless roles across the years, most recently as an usher and a ticket taker at fish frys. He found joy in simply being with family and friends, going for ranger rides, hunting, shooting, winning nickels playing sheepshead, telling Ole and Lena jokes, vacationing in Shawano, roasting pigs, drinking a cold beer, throwing the bumper for his puppy Lucy, and listening to polka music and classic country tunes.
Craig is survived by his children Matthew (Erin) Thull, Andrew Thull, Jessica (Peter) Brundage, and Daniel Thull. He was "Papa" to Dalton, Lilah, Taylor, Isaiah, Katelynn, Cyrus, Franklin, and August. Craig is also survived by his siblings Sue (Ralph) Deppiesse, Gale Thull (Don), Janine Thull (Jeff), Gary (Doreen) Thull, Geralyn Fromm-Nothem (Dave), Kevin (Lynn) Thull, Adrianne (Ron) Theusch, in-laws Vicky Thull, Gerald (Carol) Strupp, Mark Strupp, and Lora (Michael) Nitschke and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Lois, parents Norbert and Marilyn, father and mother in-law Werner and Loretta, brothers Leon and Alan, brother-in-law Ron, and nephew Brent.
