Betty J. Anderson, 90, of Eden passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at SSM St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac. She was born in Milwaukee on September 15, 1933, the daughter of Stanley and Eleanor (nee Kleowski) Radowski. Betty attended Girls Tech in Milwaukee and worked at the Canning Factory in Eden for 27 years. Later she worked for the hot lunch program in Fond du Lac for 25 years. In her free time Betty loved to go fishing. Betty’s #1 bucket list item was a cruise to Alaska which she completed on her 90th birthday.
Betty is survived by her sons Mark (Patty) Riedl, Jim (Debrah) Riedl, Dan (Trish) Riedl, and Larry Riedl, Jane (bonus children Mike Anderson, Jody Anderson, Jill Anderson, and Christine (Tim) Bennett, grandchildren Autumn, Trevor, Alexis, Isabelle, Danielle, Curtis, Justin, Michelle, Cody, Danalynn, and Kate, great grandchildren Berlin, Koen, Elana, Armaan, Byron, and Wade, other relatives, and friends.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, in-laws, husband Floyd “Chub” Anderson on February 19, 2007, two sisters, and six brothers.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 9th at 11 AM at the Twohig Funeral Home, 109 W. Main St. Campbellsport, WI 53010 and her cremains will be interred in Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN.
Visitation will be Saturday, March 9th from 10:30 AM until time of service at the Twohig Funeral Home, Campbellsport.
