Audrey M. Weed, 83, of rural Fond du Lac, passed peacefully from this life into the arms of her Lord and Savior on Monday, September 5, 2022, at Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa, WI.

After graduating from Montello High School in 1956, Audrey moved to Fond du Lac, where she met the love of her life, David Weed. They were united in marriage on August 13, 1960, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Montello and spent the next 61+ years modeling true Christian love to their family and creating lasting memories.
After working for several years at the A.C. Nielsen Company in Fond du Lac, Audrey began a rewarding career at Moraine Park Technical College in 1976, ultimately becoming a librarian, a position she truly enjoyed until her retirement in 2000.
Dave and Audrey spent their retirement years traveling to several states and countries, visiting friends and family, and staying active in church and community activities. They especially enjoyed attending the athletic and school events of their grandchildren.
Audrey stayed busy gardening, baking, and connecting with others. She had a unique ability to reach out and make each person in her life feel loved and cherished. Audrey was determined to live her life to the fullest, which she did right up until her passing. She was a thoughtful and caring friend to many and will be greatly missed.
