Harold D. Kramer, 80, of North Fond du Lac went to his heavenly home on Wednesday Sept. 5 2007 at St. Agnes Hospital, Fond du Lac. He was born in Fond du Lac on April 10, 1927 the son of Alwin and Alma Zamzow Kramer. On Aug. 30, 1947 he married Shirley Sielaff at St. Peter’s Ev. Lutheran Church in Fond du Lac. In his younger years Harold was a farmer. Harold was a graduate of the San Diego College of Business. Harold was employed as the accountant for Dr. Terry Lawrence until he retired in 1992. Harold and Shirley moved back to Fond du Lac in 1997. Harold loved to do seasonal craft woodworking and work on the computer and internet. He loved to play cards especially sheepshead. Survivors include his wife Shirley, one son Eugene (Chris) Kramer of Bonnie Lake, WA, and 3 grandchildren: David (Jill) Kramer of Kent, WA, Deanna (Stephen) Burns of TN, and Dennis (Kelly) Kramer of Wichita,KS, 7 great grandchildren, his sister Beatrice (Harvey) Lange of Fond du Lac and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be held on Saturday Sept 8 at 10:00 AM at the Twohig Funeral Home in Fond du Lac. Rev. Jon Cox will officiate and burial will follow in Lake View Memorial Park, Oshkosh. Visitation will be Saturday from 9:00 AM until time of services at the funeral home.
