Rosena L. Rosenbaum, 90, formerly of Fond du Lac passed away on Monday Nov. 5, 2007 at the Cedar Lake Home, West Bend. She was born in the Town of Osceola on Sept. 2, 1917, the daughter of Leo and Ernestina Wolfgram Rosenbaum. Rosena worked on the family farm, at the West Bend Company and then at the First State Bank of Campbellsport and Eden for many years. She was a member of Good Shepherd Ev. Lutheran Church in Fond du Lac and the Ladies Aid. She was also a member of the Waucousta Women’s Club and the Fond du Lac Birdwatchers Club and she enjoyed doing crafts and watching the birds and animals at Cedar Lake. Survivors include three nieces Bernice (Norman) Krueger of West Bend, Betty (Ray) Mertzig of Kewaskum and Gayle Powell of West Bend, one nephew William (Beverly) Kober of Kewaskum, five great nieces, four great nephews, nine great great nieces, one great great nephew, one great great great nephew, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Rudolph, and three sisters Erma Rosenbaum, Norma Nate and Leona Kober. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 AM at Good Shepherd Ev. Lutheran Church 855 Martin Ave. Fond du Lac. Rev. Stuart Zak will officiate and burial will be in Union Cemetery, Campbellsport. Visitation will be Saturday from 9:00 AM until time of services at the church. Memorials in Rosena’s name may be directed to the church. Twohig Funeral Home, Fond du Lac, is serving the family.
