Sister Helen Schrauth, SSSF, “Sister Selmara”, 72, passed away on Saturday Jan. 26, 2008 at St. Joseph Convent, Campbellsport. Sister was born on May 24, 1935 in Little Black, WI the daughter of the late Joseph and Helen Fleischmann Schrauth. She joined the School Sisters of St. Francis Community on June 13, 1952 and professed her vows on June 21, 1954. Sister served her community as a teacher at various community missions before retiring to Campbellsport in 200. Sister is the loving sister of Margaret Ziehlke and Josephine Waite. Sister is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and the School Sisters of St. Francis with whom she shared life for 56 years. Visitation at St. Joseph Convent, 526 Mill St. Campbellsport on Thur. Jan. 31st from 10:00 AM until time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 1:30 PM. Burial will follow in Sisters Cemetery in Campbellsport. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the School Sisters of St. Francis Development Office are appreciated.
