Sister Marie Sibbel, SSSF, “Sister Athanasia”, 85, passed away Friday March 28, 2008 at St. Josph convent in Campbellsport. Sister is the beloved sister of Sister Leona Sibbel, Sister Margaret Sibbel and Anton Sibbel She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and the School Sisters of St. Francis with whom she shared life for 65 years. Visitation at St. Joseph Convent, 526 Mill St. Campbellsport on Monday. March 31st from 10:00 AM until time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 1:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the School Sisters of St. Francis Development Office are appreciated.
