Bernice A. Karoses, 78, of Kewaskum went to her heavenly home on Sunday April 6, 2006 at the Samaritan Home in West Bend. She was born December 19, 1929 in Campbellsport on the daughter of the late Joseph and Martha Buslaff Volz. On October 29, 1947, she married Joseph Karoses at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church in Campbellsport. Bernice worked at Regalware in Kewaskum for 32 years. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include her children Judy (Jim) Volesky of West Bend, Jeff Karoses of Plymouth, Jean (Bruce) Caldwell of Hartland, Jane (Steve) Weinfurter of Kewaskum, Janis (James) Rinas of Theresa, Janene Mielke of Appleton and Jay Karoses of Kewaskum, her son-in-law Terry Mielke, her daughter-in-law Susan Karoses, her grandchildren Lynn (Rob) Reinke, Carrie (Tim) Uselding, Joseph (Margaret) Karoses IV, Justin (Shawna) Karoses, Jill (Ryan Kohn) Karoses, Nicki and Val Karoses, Brian and Robbie Weinfurter, Chad, Casey and Cody Rinas, Josh (Nicole) Fettig, Bradley and Ashley Mielke and Andrina Karoses, her great grandchildren Logan and Collin Reinke, Lexie and Lindsay Uselding, Justin and Alex Karoses, Emily, Mason and Easton Karoses, Kierra Kohn, Trayton and Kayla Karoses, James Dean and Kailie Fettig, her sister Delores Peters of West Bend, her brother Donald (Theresa) Volz of Arizona, her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Deanna Volz of Campbellsport, John and Marian Karoses of Campbellsport, James Karoses of Oshkosh and Arlene and Harold Nothem of Kewaskum, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Bernice was preceded in death by her husband Joseph, her sons Jacky A. and Joseph Patrick, a daughter-in-law Carol Karoses, a grandson Dustin Rinas, a brother Joseph Volz, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law John Peters, Jerry Karoses, Betty and Henry Buddenhagen and Gladys Karoses. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday April 9th, 2008 at 7:00 PM at the Twohig Funeral Home, 109 W. Main St., Campbellsport.
