Lawrence Witkowski, 76, of Van Dyne passed away on Sat. Oct. 11, 2008 at Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh. He was born in Berlin on Sept. 16, 1932 the son of the late John and Helen Schneckenberg Witkowski. On Dec. 17, 1971 he married Mary Patricia Ilk in Waukegan, IL. Lawrence worked on various dairy farms in the Van Dyne and Fond du Lac area and ran a grass cutting business. Survivors include his wife May Pat, his children Thomas Witkowski, Debbie Gonzales, Amy Witkowski, Sara Witkowski and Kari Witkowski, his grandchildren Angela and AJ Gonzales, one brother and four sisters. He was preceded in death by five brothers. A Memorial Gathering will be held Saturday Oct. 18, 2008 from 1:00 until 4:00 PM at the Twohig Funeral Home at 305 Fond du Lac Ave. Fond du Lac.
