Dorothy Krebsbach, 91, of St. Francis Terrace, Fond du Lac died on Sat. Oct. 11, 2008 at the St. Francis Home. She was born August 19th, 1917 in Mt. Calvary the daughter of the late Frank P. and Elizabeth F. Bleuel Mannenbach. On Nov. 6th, 1941 she married Aloys P. Krebsbach at Holy Cross Church in Mt. Calvary. Mrs. Krebsbach was a graduate of Holy Cross School, Fond du Lac Senior High School, Oshkosh State Teachers College and Marian College. She taught school in the Town of Forest, Holy Cross School in Mt Calvary and Holy Rosary School in New Holstein. For many years she was a volunteer tutor at Evans School in Fond du Lac until the time of her death. She was a member of Holy Family Parish-Sacred Heart Church and its Christian Women Society, the Daughters of Isabelle and the Knights of Columbus Auxiliary. Survivors include her five children John of Rhinelander, Mary (Lindy) Nelson of Marshfield, Robert (Linda Narges) of Johnsburg, Catherine Krebsbach of Oregon and Ann (Jon) Olig of Oshkosh, thirteen grandchildren, five great grandchildren, one sister Joan (Delmar) Flesch of Mt. Calvary, one brother Earl (Dorothy) Mannenbach of New Holstein, a sister-in-law Lavina, a brother-in-law Roy Butz and many nieces and nephews She was preceded in death by her husband Aloys, one sister Gladys Butz, two brothers Jerome and Francis Mannebach and one sister-in-law Leola Mannenbach. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1:00 PM Thursday Oct. 16 at Sacred Heart Church, 200 Peters Ave. Fond du Lac. Rev. will officiate and burial will follow in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Johnsburg. Visitation will be Thursday from 11:00 AM until time of mass at the church.
