Sister Helen Sherr, SSSF, “Sister Arnoldus” 88, passed away on Friday Jan. 2, 2009 at St. Joseph Convent, Campbellsport. She was born in West Allis on October 20, 1920 the daughter of the late Frank and Mary Grosschadl Scherr. She joined the School Sisters of St. Francis on June 13, 1947 and professed her vows on June 21, 1949. She served her community as a teacher and an LPN. Sister Helen is survived nieces, nephews and the School Sisters of St. Francis Community with whom she shared her life for 62 years. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tues. Jan. 6, 2008 at 1:30 PM at St. Joseph Convent, 526 Mill St. Campbellsport. Burial will follow in Sisters Cemetery Campbellsport.
