Sister Florentine Patzner, SSSF, “Sister Alphonse”, 95, passed away Thursday Jan. 8, 2009 at St. Joseph Convent, Campbellsport. She was born on Dec. 5, 1913 the daughter of the late Aloys and Christine Pluemer Patzner in Potosi, WI. She joined the School Sisters of St. Francis Community on June 28, 1933 and professed her vows on Aug. 12, 1937. She served her community as a teacher at various community missions. Sister Florentine is survived nieces, nephews and the School Sisters of St. Francis Community with whom she shared her life for 75 years. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tues. Jan. 13, 2008 at 2:30 PM at St. Joseph Convent, 526 Mill St. Campbellsport. Burial will follow in Sisters Cemetery Campbellsport. Visitation will be Tues. from 1:15 PM until time of Mass at St, Joseph Convent. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the School Sisters of St. Francis are appreciated. www.twohigfunerals.com
