Sister Margaret Younger, SSSF, “Sister Agnelda”, 94, passed away on Wed. Feb. 11, 2009 at St. Joseph Convent in Campbellsport, WI. She was born on Nov. 2, 1914 in Marienthal, Kansas the daughter of the late John and Magdalena Draher Younger. She joined the School Sisters of St. Francis on June 2, 1930 and professed her vows on Aug. 21, 1932. Sister Margaret served her community as a homemaker and rosary maker. Sister Margaret is the beloved sister of Lucy Younger and Cecelia Steffan both of Great Bend, Kansas. She is further survived by nieces, nephews and the School Sisters of St. Francis Community with whom she shared her life for 78 years. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wed. Feb. 18, 2009 at 1:30 PM at St. Joseph Convent, 526 Mill St. Campbellsport. Burial will follow in Sisters Cemetery Campbellsport.
