Sister Jean Ann Peltier, SSSF, “Sister Joan Baptist”, 79, passed away Sat. March 14, 2009 at St. Joseph Convent in Campbellsport. She was born in Kenosha, WI on June 12, 1929 the daughter of Arthur L. and Margaret Pull Peltier. Among her ministries, Sister Jean Ann served St. Matthew’s Catholic Parish in Campbellsport ministering to the sick and homebound. Sister Jean Ann is the beloved sister of Pierre Peltier, Paul Peltier, David Peltier, Germaine Lamb and Mary Maloney. She is further survived by other relatives and the School Sisters of St. Francis Community with whom she shared her life for 62 years. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tues. March 17, 2009 at 1:30 PM at St. Joseph Convent, 526 Mill St. Campbellsport. Burial will follow in Sisters Cemetery Campbellsport.
