Sister Agnessa Laur, SSSF,92, passed away on Sunday April 5, 2009 at St. Joseph Convent in Campbellsport, WI. She was born on May 7, 1916 in Howells, NE the daughter of the late Henry and Mary Mueller Laur. Sister joined the School Sisters of St. Francis on June 28, 1933 and professed her vows on August 12, 1937. She served her community as a teacher at various community missions. Sister Agnessa is survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and the School Sisters of St. Francis Community with whom she shared her life for 76 years. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tues. April 14, 2009 at 1:30 PM at St. Joseph Convent, 526 Mill St. Campbellsport. Burial will follow in Sisters Cemetery Campbellsport.
