Jerome Clarence Waldschmidt

Jerome C. Waldschmidt, Sr., 70, of Campbellsport passed away on Thursday Nov. 12, 2009 at his home with his family gathered with him. He was born in the Town of Eden on Feb. 1, 1939 the son of the late Elmer and Agnes Krebsbach Waldschmidt. On April 8, 1961 he married Myrtle Heaslip at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church in Campbellsport. He farmed in the Town of Eden. Jerry enjoyed gardening, fishing, walking and enjoying God’s beautiful work. Most of all Jerry loved to spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include his wife Myrtle, his children Shirley Immel of Campbellsport, Joseph (Catherine) of Brandon, James, Peggy (Michael Hlavenka) Waldschmidt, Jerome, Jr. all of Campbellsport, Connie (Ronald) Wojkiewicz of North Fond du Lac and Lorn (Kristine) of Malone, his grandchildren Tanya, Kimberly, Ryan, Joshua, Brandon, Kelly, Tabitha, Jesse, Jessica, Kaytlyn, Cheyenne, Brittany, Jeffery, Braydon, Cody and Aubrey, his great grandchildren Makenzie and Mahlea, his mother-in-law Velma Haynes of Campbellsport, his sisters Eleanora Gremminger of Campbellsport, Catherine Johnson of Wausau and Jane (David) Resch of Allenton, his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Alice Van Fossen, Fran and Bob Fleenor, Joanne and Joe Fischer all of Madison, Ada Baeckmann, Floyd Reno both of Campbellsport, Bill and Candy Haeslip of Janesville and Patricia Heaslip of Kewaskum, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his daughter Theresa, his son-in-law Scott Immel, his fatherin-law Francis Heaslip and his brother-in-law Howard Van Fossen, John Heaslip and Roger Baeckmann. Visitation will be Sunday Nov. 15th from 1 to 5 PM at the Twohig Funeral Home, 109 W. Main St. Campbellsport. Funeral services will be Sunday Nov. 15th at 5:00 PM at the Twohig Funeral Home. Rev.
