Marie A. Rathmann, 93, of Campbellsport passed away Thursday Nov. 19, 2009 at Ivy Manor in Campbellsport. She was born on Oct. 23, 1916 in the Town of Trenton Washington County the daughter of the late Henry and Angeline Fahney. She married Wallace Winninghoff and later she married Clarence Rathmann on Sept. 25, 1948. Marie worked at Regalware in Kewaskum for over 32 years. She was a member of St. Matthew’s Catholic Church, the Christian Women, the 25 year Club at Regalware and the Campbellsport Fire Department Auxiliary. Marie loved music especially country, her flowers and Elm Street. She was a loving lady who never said a bad word about anyone. Marie took care of her son Dan all his life and loved all her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include her daughters June Janous of Fond du Lac, Ruth Dreikosen and Carol Rathmann both of Campbellsport, 8 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Clarence on Nov. 9, 1975, her sons Kenneth Winninghoff and Daniel Rathmann, her son-in-law Joseph Dreikosen her sister Dorothy and her brothers Herb and LeRoy. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday Nov. 23, 2009 at 6:30 PM at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church, Campbellsport. Rev. Neil Zinthefer will officiate and burial will be Tuesday in the parish cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 4:00 PM until time of service at the church.
