Jerome "JR" Ackerman, 55, of Campbellsport passed away Thurs. Feb. 11, 2010 at his sister’s home. He was born in Milwaukee on April 22, 1954 the son of Jerome and Joyce Krueger Ackerman. He graduated from Kewaskum High School in 1973. He was an avid NASCAR fan following Tony Stewart #14. He loved to watch Packer games, campfires and his special friend Aber-Doddles. Survivors include his mother Joyce Brenwall of Sturgeon Bay, one son Joshua Ackerman of Campbellsport, two daughters: Stephany (Scott)Priest of Lomira and Jennifer Ackerman of Hartland, one brother Daryl (Wanda) Ackerman of Campbellsport, five sisters: Yvonne (Steven) Beitsch of Campbellsport, Gail Ackerman of Marshfield, Nancy Ackerman of Oak Creek, Bonnie (Lee) Wachholz of Beloit and Cathy Wilson of Atlantic, Iowa, nine grandchildren: Samuel, Michael, Allie, Dominick, Treylon, Mekhi, Jayce, Dakotah and Seth, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
