Lorraine M. Hebert, 88, of Fond du Lac went to her heavenly home on Tuesday Mar. 16, 2010 at the All About Life Rehab Center with her family gathered around her. She was born in Mt. Calvary on Sept. 25, 1921 the daughter of Simon and Amelia Olig Haensgen. She married Glen Hebert in Illinois and he preceded her in death in 1987. Lorraine worked at St. Agnes Hospital in their Housekeeping Department for 36 years retiring in 1986. Lorraine loved to garden and travel Survivors include her one daughter Donna Warner of Fond du Lac and three sons: Robert (Mary Jane) Babcock of Rosendale, Lawrence Babcock of New London and William (Linda) Babcock of Oshkosh, 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Glen, one great grandson Christopher Warner, and three sisters: Edna Martin, Marian Schneider and Marlea Matthes. Funeral services will be held on Friday Mar. 19, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Shrine of Rest Mausoleum at Ledgeview Memorial Park in Fond du Lac, Deacon Larry Hughes will officiate and entombment will follow. Visitation will be Friday at the mausoleum chapel from 10:00 AM until time of services at the chapel. Memorials are appreciated to the Alzheimer’s Assn.
