Evelynne G. Miller nee Gosewehr, 81, of Campbellsport passed away Tuesday July 20, 2010 at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee. She was the last surviving child of William and Emma Gosewehr. Evy was born Sept. 19, 1928, attended Hubbard Grade School and graduated from Port Washington High School in 1945. On Sept. 18, 1948 she married Everett J. Miller (son of Henry and Norma Miller) at Waubeka Evangelical Church. They lived in West Bend until moving to Campbellsport in 1957. She worked at the West Bend Aluminum Comp., St. Joseph Convent and Reliable Knitting, retiring in 1993. She also served as crossing guard at St. Matthew’s School for 14 years. Evy was a member of the Campbellsport United Christian Church and the Campbellsport VFW Post #8339 Auxiliary. Everett preceded her in death on Feb. 15, 2001 along with nine brothers and sisters. Survivors include her sons Brian (Theresa) of Campbellsport, Jay (Phyllis) of Eden, Joel (Danielle) of Aurora, IL and Bruce (Paula) of Fond du Lac, her grandchildren Nicole (Kevin) Lowe, Christopher (Deanna) Miller, Tom Miller, Dan Miller, Michael (Amelia) Miller, Jennifer Miller, David Miller and Katie Miller, her great grandchildren Gretchen and Beckitt Lowe, her step great grandchildren Kevin and Spencer Lowe, her brothers-in-law Lee (Darlene) Miller and E. P. Kendall, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held on Sat. July 24th at 3:00 PM at the United Christian Church, 228 Forest St. Campbellsport. Rev. Paula Anderson will officiate and inurnment will follow in Union Cemetery, Campbellsport. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until time of services at the church.
