Robert “Deacon” R. Denslow, 75, died Sun. July 25, 2010 at the St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac. He was born Jan. 7, 1935 in Fond du Lac, the son of the late Howard and Olive Krueger Denslow. Robert graduated from Goodrich High School in Fond du Lac in 1953. He worked at Omar Bakery in Fond du Lac and then he worked for Tecumseh in New Holstein for 44 years, retiring in 1997. He enjoyed Hunting and fishing and his trailer in Forest County near Laona. Survivors include his children: Robert Denslow and (Chris) Denslow both of Fond du Lac, one brother Dave (Bonnie) Denslow of Fond du Lac and one sister Pat (Jim) Emerich of Mt. Calvary and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his ex-wife Shirley Denslow. Funeral services will held on Wed. July 28, 2010 at 6:00 PM at the Church of Our Savior in Fond du Lac with the Rev. William Gruenstern officiating. Friends may call at the church from 4 PM until the time of the service.
