Sarah C. Mueller, 94, of Grancare Nursing Home, Fond du Lac, went to her heavenly home Sat. Aug. 21, 2010 surrounded by family. She was born on Feb. 3, 1916 in the Town of Osceola the daughter of the late August and Bertha Krueger Habeck. On Sept. 6, 1939 she married Marvin Mueller at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in the Town of Forest. They owned and operated a dairy farm in the Towns of Empire and Taycheedah. She was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Fond du Lac. Sarah enjoyed gardening, puzzles, and was a special loving grandmother. Survivors include her children Gordon (Susan) Mueller, Marion Livingston, Lorraine Burkholder all of Fond du Lac, Virginia (Edward) Hansen of Mt. Calvary and Norma (Thomas) Jaster of Theresa, her grandchildren Kathleen (Norm) Waldschmidt, Patricia (Randy) Wegner, William (Mona) Hansen, Larry (Sherry) Hansen, Rob (Amy) Burkholder, Jo Ann Burkholder, Donald (Francois) Mueller, Jeffrey (Cindy) Mueller, Kathleen (Todd) Ringle, Kristine (Matt) Householder, Angela Gerlach, Sarah (Kyle) Gassner, and Jeanna (Doug) Raymakers, her step granddaughter Deborah (Bill) Haase, twenty great grandchildren, three step great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, her sister Lillian Baganz of Mt. Calvary, her sisters-in-law Florence Barber of Cedarburg and Esther Swalby of Fond du Lac, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Marvin on May 7, 2006, a son Norman, a grandson Thomas Burkholder, a son-in-law Dennis Livingston, brothers John, Fritz, Emil, August and David, sisters Hilda Seefeld, Marie Guntly, Alice Halfmann and Bertha Gudex, ten brothers-in-law and seven sisters-in-law Funeral services will be Tuesday Aug. 24th at 11:00 AM at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 1600 S. Main St. Fond du Lac. Rev. Michael Zuberbier will officiate. A funeral Luncheon will follow and burial will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday at St. John’s Cemetery, Cedar Road in the Town of Forest. Visitation will be Tuesday Aug. 24th from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM services at the church. Memorials are appreciated to St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, WLA or Hospice Hope.
