Sister Joselia Stroeder, SSSF, 94, passed away Tuesday Aug 31, 2010 at St. Joseph Convent in Campbellsport. She was born on Sept. 6, 1915 in Mt. Carmel, North Dakota, the daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Kornebusch. Sister joined the School Sisters of St. Francis on June 13, 1939 and professed her vows on June 21, 1941. Sister served her community as a homemaker and a receptionist at various community missions. Sister Joselia is survived by her sister Dorothy Strueby of Canada. Sister is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and the School Sisters of St. Francis Community with whom she shared her life for 71 years. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday Sept. 7, 2010 at 1:30 PM at St. Joseph Convent, 526 Mill St. Campbellsport. Burial will follow in Sisters Cemetery, Campbellsport.
