Norbert Clarence Baumhardt, 82, of Eden passed away Tuesday Dec. 14, 2010 at his home. He was born on Feb. 2, 1928 the son of Francis and Martha Grahl Baumhardt. Norbert graduated from Campbellsport High School in 1945. He served in the U.S. Marine Corp from 1945 to 1947. On Nov. 8, 1949, he married Joyce F. Bohlman in the home where they still live. He worked at the Gehl Company in West Bend until retirement. Norbert was a member of Lighthouse Christian Church in Fond du Lac and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Survivors include his wife Joyce, his daughters Donna (Tony) Thoma of West Bend and Rhonda (David) Ertel of Eden, his granddaughters Angela Thoma of West Bend and Kristina Jean Ertel of Eden, his great grandchildren Angela’s children Trisha and Roman Blood, his sister Delores (Lee) Walker of Fond du Lac, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter Paula Jean and his brother Marvin. Funeral services will be held on Sat. Dec. 18th at 12:00 PM at Lighthouse Christian Church, 401 S. National Ave. Fond du Lac. Rev. Brent Balken will officiate and burial will follow in Empire Cemetery. Visitation will be Sat. Dec. 18th from 10:00 AM until time of service at the CHURCH.
