Marvin C. Wiesner, 85, of Campbellsport passed away Thursday Jan. 13, 2011 at Hope Health and Rehab Center in Lomira. He was born on May 29, 1925 in West Bend the son of Anton and Nora (Wilke) Wiesner. On August 19, 1950 he married Marilyn A. Bastian at St. John’s Lutheran Church in West Bend. He was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in New Fane. Marvin enjoyed farming, playing cards, dartball, baseball and his family. He especially enjoyed playing with his grandchildren. He was a loving and caring husband and father. He will be sorely missed by all. Survivors include his wife Marilyn, his children Colleen (Charles) Guell, Jean (Kevin) Rach and Michael (special friend Carla) Wiesner, 17 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren with the 20th due in February. He is further survived by his sister Mary, his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Curtis and Janet Bastian, Kenneth and Bernice Bastian, Edward and Donna Dahlinger and Gloria Monday, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Anton and Nora, his father-in-law and mother-in-law Harvey and Erna (Sauer) Bastian and his great grandchild Braeden Guell. Services will be held on Sunday Jan. 16th at 3:00 PM at St. John’s Lutheran Church, New Fane (N665 County Hwy S Kewaskum). Rev. Mark Eckert will officiate and burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday Jan. 16th from 1:00 PM until time of services at the church.
