Sister Anne Evers, SSSF “Sister Olivette”, 94, passed away on Tuesday Jan. 18, 2011 at St. Joseph Convent, Campbellsport. She was born on March 4, 1916 in St. Libory, NE the daughter of the late Henry H. and Anne Hastings Evers. Sister joined the School Sisters of St. Francis on June 13, 1936 and professed her vows on August 11, 1938. Sister served her community as a teacher and an organist at various community missions. Sister Anne is survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and the School Sisters of St. Francis Community with whom she shared her life for 74 years. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday Jan. 21, 2011 at 1:30 PM at St. Joseph Convent, 526 Mill St. Campbellsport. Burial will follow in Sisters Cemetery, Campbellsport.
