Ruth E. Pranskunas, 83, of Campbellsport passed away Thursday Feb. 3, 2011 at St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan. She was born on April 11, 1927 in Eden the daughter of the late Edward and Leona Sass Dunisch. On May 11, 1946, she married Raymond J. Pranskunas at Immaculate Conception Church in Sheboygan. They farmed together in the Town of Osceola. Ruth was a member of Shepherd of the Hills Parish, Eden. Ruth enjoyed crocheting, fishing and bumming but most of all spending time with her family and her special companion Katie. Survivors include her children John (Susan) Pranskunas of Eden, Janice (Leo) Ebert of Campbellsport and Jackie Kutz of Campbellsport, her grandchildren Debbie (Austin) Mess, Brenda (Tom) Scannell, Mike Pranskunas, Amy Ebert, Jeramia (Jenny) Kutz and Misty Kutz, her great grandchildren Kaylee, Sam, Leah, Jada and Jacob, her sister-in-law Elaine Dunisch of Sheboygan, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Ray on Dec. 20, 1998, an infant granddaughter Kristy, her sister June Brown, her brothers Karl and Ray Dunisch, and her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Bailey Brown, Cecelia and Miles Rahn and Wanda and Edward Mack. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wed. Feb. 9, 2011 at 3:00 PM at Shepherd of the Hills Catholic Church W1562 Hwy B, Eden. Rev. Charles Wester will officiate and entombment will follow in Shrine of Rest Mausoleum in Ledgeview Memorial Park, Fond du Lac. Visitation will be Wed Feb. 9th from 1:00 PM until time of mass at the church.
