Walter R. Kerber, 74, of N3197 State Rd. 67 Campbellsport passed away Monday May 23, 2011 at All About Life Rehab Center in Fond du Lac. He was born in Illinois on August 24, 1936 the son of the late Walter and Myrtle Kerber. On Dec. 23, 1988, he married Janet Larsen Libertine. She preceded him in death on October 15, 1998. Walter worked as a bookbinder in Illinois until retiring to the Long Lake area. Survivors include his son Walter Kerber, Jr of FL, three granddaughters, two grandsons, one great granddaughter, his step children Richard Libertine of AZ, Frank (Lorena) Libertine of CA, Jack Libertine of PA, Judy Libertine of Fond du Lac, Sue Stagg of Oakfield, Mary Libertine of Fond du Lac, Kelly Libertine of Wausau and Donna (Paul) Krueger of Lomira, other relatives and friends. Along with his wife Janet, he was preceded in death by his step sons Mark and Roy Libertine, his step daughter Beth Baeza, one step brother and two step sisters. A memorial service will be held on Saturday May 28th at 2:00 PM at the Twohig Funeral Home, 305 Fond du Lac Ave. Fond du Lac.
