Marion B. Weaver, 85, passed away Saturday June 11, 2011 at the Village Gardens in Green Bay. She was born on October 27, 1925 in Laona the daughter of the late Felix and Mary Ann Race Belongia. Marion was a former resident of the Auburn Lake area and had lived in Green Bay the past ten years. Marion loved gardening, cooking, bingo and baking but most of all she loved the time spent with family and friends. Survivors include her daughters Mary Ellen Cloud of Green Bay and Aloma (fiancée Tim North) Weaver of Dundee, her sons George W. (Carol) Slack of De Pere and Perry S. (Diane) Slack of Marinette, 14 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 11 great great grandchildren, her twin sister Margaret Webb of McHenry, IL, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husbands Perry Slack, Sr. and A. D. “Buck” Weaver, her son Joseph, 3 grandsons John, Gregory and Justin, her son-in-law Elmer Cloud, Sr., her brother Joseph and her sister Mildred. Visitation will be Tuesday June 14th from 4 to 7 PM at the Twohig Funeral Home, 109 W. Main St. Campbellsport and Wednesday June 15th from 10 AM until time of mass at St. Mathias. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday June 15th at 11:00 AM at St. Mathias Catholic Church in the Town of Auburn (N1044 Hwy S Campbellsport). Rev. Edwin Kornath will officiate and burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Memorials are appreciated.
