Roger D. Lindgren formerly of Lomira passed away Saturday Aug. 13, 2011 at the Wisconsin Veterans Home at King. He was born on Oct. 20, 1926 in Barron County the son of the late Hjalmer and Clara Olson Lindgren. Roger served in the U. S. Navy during WW II. On July 14, 1948 he married Jean E. Stodola in Rice Lake. Jean preceded him in death on Nov. 4, 20007. Survivors include his sons Roger M. (Kandy) of Kewaskum and John (Sue) of Richfield, his grandchildren Curry, Ivan, Amanda, Angie, Tina, Chase and Lilly. Private services will be held and inurnment will be at Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner.
