Sister Mary Beth Thomas, SSSF, “Sister Rudolph”, 97, passed away Sunday Oct. 30, 2011at St. Joseph Convent in Campbellsport. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on June 23, 1914 the daughter of the late George and Maria Pisiscooran Thomas. Sister joined the School Sisters of St. Francis on June 14, 1932 and professed her vows on Aug. 13, 1935. Sisters served her community as a teacher at various community missions. Sister Mary Beth is survived by nieces, nephews and the School Sisters of St. Francis Community with whom she shared her life for 79 years. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday Nov. 4, 2011 at 1:30 PM at St. Joseph Convent, 526 Mill St. Campbellsport. Burial will follow in Sisters Cemetery, Campbellsport.
