Larry A. Winkelmann, 53, of Hancock passed away Friday Dec. 2, 2011 at Appleton Medical Center. He was born in Waukesha on Oct. 1, 1958 the son of Arthur and Judith (nee Garbe) Winkelmann. On Dec. 11, 1982, he married Wendy Rindt in Hales Corners. Larry worked as a drywaller in the construction industry. He was and avid sportsman enjoying hunting and fishing. Survivors include his mother Judith, his wife Wendy, his daughter Tamie Winkelmann, his son-in-law Dillon Gray, his granddaughters Amelia and Bailey Gray, his nieces Marie (Jacob) Renner, Renee Winkelmann and Nicole Winkelmann, his great niece Autumn Stern, other relatives and many special friends. He was preceded in death by his father Arthur, his daughter Mindie Gray, his brother Steven Winkelmann, his maternal grandparents Hubert and Lucille Garbe and his paternal grandparents Arthur and Gladys Winkelmann. Memorial services will be held Thursday Dec. 8, 2011 at 1:00 PM at the Dopp Memorial Center on Hwy 22 in Wild Rose.
