Sister Rosaire Perkovitch SSSF, 98, passed away Monday Dec. 6, 2011 at St. Joseph Convent in Campbellsport. She was born on April 11, 1913 in Granger, Iowa the daughter of Victor and Manda (nee Mejsch) Perkovitch. Sister joined the School Sister of St. Francis in 1932 and professed her vows in 1937. She served her community as a teacher at various community missions. Sister Rosaire is survived by her brothers John and Roy Perkovitch both of Ironwood, Michigan, nieces, nephews and the School Sisters of St. Francis Community with whom she shared her life for 79 years. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday Dec. 9, 2011 at 1:30 PM at St. Joseph Convent, 526 Mill St. Campbellsport. Burial will follow in Sisters Cemetery, Campbellsport.
