Lois Bunge, 64, of Fond du Lac died May 22, 2012 at the St. Agnes Hospital. She was born on August 5, 1947 in Sheboygan, WI, the daughter of the late Robert M. and Lydia E. Theobold Bunge. She graduated from Kiel High School in 1965. She worked for Dr. John Phillips for over 30 years. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Community, the Christian Women’s Society and was an active volunteer on many church committees. Lois enjoyed sewing, traveling, knitting, crocheting, quilting, but most of all spending time with her family. Survivors include one sister Kathleen Bunge of Fond du Lac, three brothers: Gene (Barbara) Bunge of Milwaukee, James (Lynda) Bunge of Appleton and Kenneth Bunge of Milwaukee, four nieces and nephews: Lisa (Bryce) Loftus of Cedar Rapids, IA, Michael Bunge of Appleton, Kyle Bunge of Milwaukee and Kayla (Christopher) Heimerman of Dixon, IL, one great nephew Bennett Loftus and two aunts Ruth Klemme of Plymouth and Elvera Bunge of Sheboygan Falls, and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday May 25, 2011 at 7:00 PM at the Holy Family Catholic Church, at 271 Fourth Street Way in Fond du Lac with Rev. Luke Strand officiating and burial on Sat. May 26th at 11:00 AM at Calvary Cemetery in Fond du Lac. Friends may call Friday at the church from 5:00 PM until the time of the Mass.
