Philip Joseph DuPaul, 87, formerly of Fond du Lac passed away Friday June 15, 2012 at the University of Alabama Hospital in Birmingham, AL. He was born on June 18, 1924 in Cranston, RI, the son of the late Corrine DuPaul. Phil served in the U.S. Navy from July of 1941 to July of 1947. Phil moved to Fond du Lac to work at Ahern’s Clothing Store and later worked at Combination Door before retiring. In retirement Phil worked a number of part time jobs including the Twohig Funeral Homes in Fond du Lac and Campbellsport. He greatly enjoyed baseball and coached Little League for a number of years. Phil also was a great gardener and enjoyed sharing his produce with his friends and neighbors. Survivors include his many loving friends in the Fond du Lac area. Visitation will be Friday June 22nd from Noon to 1:30 PM at the Twohig Funeral Home, 305 Fond du Lac Ave. Fond du Lac. Funeral services will be Friday June 22nd at 1:30 PM at the funeral home.
