Thomas W. Voeller, 51, of Fond du Lac went to his heavenly home on Saturday Nov. 17, 2012 at the Hospice Home of Hope, Fond du Lac. He was born in Port Washington, WI on June 18, 1961 the son of Rochus Jr. and Shirley Rismeyer Voeller. He graduated from Goodrich High school in 1979. Tom served in the U.S. Navy Reserve. He was a correctional officer at Taycheedah for the last 12 years; prior to that he worked at the Glass Tavern in Fond du Lac. Tom was an avid Badger and Brewer fan and enjoyed hosting movie nights with his family. Survivors include his sister Rachel Voeller of Fond du Lac, his nephew and niece Chad and Lynnette Voeller of Brandon, his great nephew Alexander, aunts and uncles: Cynthia “Sister” Killer of Port Washington, Marion Rismeyer of Belgium, June and Donald Rismeyer of Port Washington, Betty “Musty” Bodi of Milwaukee, Charlotte Rismeyer, Donny Plier both of Port Washington, Adrian and Pat Voeller, Joe and Shirley Voeller and Pat Voeller all of Port Washington and Al and Lois Voeller of Oklahoma, many cousins and friends . He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Bryon and Rocky, uncles and aunts: Eddie Voeller, Cliff Rismeyer, Louis and Betty “Musty” Bodi, Joe and Beverly “Lubby” Jovanovich, Roger Killer, Wally Rismeyer, Harold “Buddy” Rismeyer, Lloyd Rismeyer, Adriann Rismeyer, Janice and Eddie Beke, Raymond “Ziggy” and Jean Rismeyer. Funeral services will be held Tuesday Nov. 20 at 11:00 AM at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 1600 S. Main St. Fond du Lac. Rev. Michael Zuberbier will officiate and inurnment will be in Zur Ruhe Cemetery, Cedarburg. Visitation will be Tuesday from 9:30 AM until time of services at the church.
