Anthony Joseph Mauer, 29, of Fond du Lac passed away Sat. June 15, 2013 at his home. He was born in Fond du Lac on Nov. 1, 1983 the son of Robert J. and Mary L. Pawlenty Mauer. On Sept. 2, 2006, Tony married Tammy Lynn Carroll in Fond du Lac. He was a fabulous father, liked his cars, and enjoyed fishing, playing pool, and watching movies. Most of all, Tony loved the time he spent with his family. Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife Tammy, his parents Robert and Mary, his children Alexi Carroll, Gage Carroll, and Kol-David Mauer, his brothers Robert John Patrick Mauer, and Michael Lee Mauer, his nieces Ashley, Caitlyn, and Breyanne, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and his in-laws. A memorial service will be held Wed. June 19th at 2:00 PM at the Twohig Funeral Home, 305 Fond du Lac Ave. Fond du Lac. Rev. Will Kennedy will officiate. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until time of service Wed. June 19th at the funeral home. Memorials are appreciated for a fund for the children.
