Evelyn R. Kleiber, 92 of Fond du Lac and formerly of Campbellsport passed away Wed. Oct. 23, 2013 at the Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac. She was born on Dec. 2, 1920 in the township of Ashford the daughter of John and Apalonia Mueller Volm. On Sept 7, 1942 she married Robert "Butch" Kleiber at St. Bridget's Church in the Town of Wayne. The Rev. Joseph Schaefer "an uncle"officiated. Evelyn and her husband owned and operated "Kleibers Meat Market" in Campbellsport for many years until it was sold in 1952. Evelyn and Butch moved to Fond du Lac in 1989. She was a member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church in Campbellsport, and an active member of the Christian Women and Altar society in past years. She loved photography, cooking, traveling and "The Arts". She found great joy in everything her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren accomplished. Survivors include her daughters Carol Eade of Mukwonago, Joyce Arndt of Appleton, and Georgia (Douglas) Zuhlke of Oshkosh, five grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, one brother Alois "Jack" Volm of Milwaukee, one brother-in-law Donald (Carol) Gartzke of Milwaukee, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceding her in death were her parents, husband Butch on Feb. 13, 1994 and a great-grandson Andrew Kaiser, son-in-law Vincent Eade and three sisters: Marjorie Gartzke, Helen Volesky and infant Martha Volm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Sat. Oct. 26th at 11:00 AM at St. Matthew's Catholic Church, 406 E. Main St. Campbellsport. Rev. Chuck Wrobel will officiate and burial will follow in St. Matthew's Cemetery. Visitation will be Sat. Oct. 26th from 9:00 AM until time of mass at the church.
