Ruth Johanna Straub-Brunner, 100, formerly of Campbellsport, passed away Sat. Jan. 18, 2014 at Grancare Nursing and Rehab Center in Fond du Lac. She was born on June 30, 1913, the daughter of the late Roy and Bertha (nee Meyer) Ours. She married Lester Straub on May 27, 1937. Ruth and her husband owned and operated Lester Straub's Minkery in rural Campbellsport. Lester preceded her in death on Oct. 4, 1965. Later Ruth lived in Florida with her second husband Paul Brunner until returning to Wisconsin ten years ago. Survivors include her sister-in-law Kay Ours of Campbellsport, nine nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Along with her husbands, Ruth was preceded in death by her sister Gladys and her brothers Dow, Ed, and Bob.
