Alex Kaye, Jr., 69, went to his heavenly home on Sunday, Feb. 23, 2014 at the Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac. He was born on Feb. 23, 1945 in Hartford, the son of Alex and Paulette (nee Mayer) Kaye, Sr. Alex served in the U.S. Army from 1964 to 1968 serving in Germany and France. In 1972, Alex married Jeanne L. Jochem in West Bend. Alex worked as a diesel mechanic and was a workaholic. He was a member of the Neosho Lions Club and enjoyed music and dancing with his wife Jeanne. Survivors include his wife Jeanne, his children Jenny (Jeff) Ritterbusch, Tammy Kaye, Angela Kannich, April Kaye, Tina (Randy) Frank, Jeanna (Craig) Douglas, Alex John (Felice) Kaye, Teresa Molina-Avilez, and Barbara Bingen, 23 grandchildren, his sisters Caroline Kaye and Clarabelle "Bunny" (Frank) Schroeder, other relatives and friends. Alex was preceded in death by his parents and 7 grandchildren. Memorial services will be held on Wed. Feb. 26, 2014 at 4:00 PM at the Twohig Funeral Home, 109 W. Main St. Campbellsport.
