Sister Marciana Zeimen, SSSF, 88, passed away Sunday May 4, 2014at St. Joseph Convent in Campbellsport. She was born on March 19, 1926 in Mapleton, Iowa the daughter of the late Nick and Sarah Uhl Zeimen. Sister Marciana joined the School Sisters of St. Francis and served her community as a teacher before retiring to St. Joseph Convent in Campbellsport. Sister Marciana is survived by her sisters Mary Lally, Ann Whited and Sr. Maria Zeiman, OSF, her brothers Gilbert, Joseph, Raymond and Robert Zeimen numerous nieces and nephews, and the School Sisters of St. Francis Community with whom she shared her life for 68 years. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Fri. May 9th at 10:30 AM at St. Joseph Convent, 526 Mill St. Campbellsport. Inurnment will be in Sisters Cemetery, Campbellsport. Visitation and wake service will begin at 9:00 AM Fri. May 9th at St. Joseph Convent.
