Ann M. Lawson, age 90 passed away at the Lutheran Home in Fond du Lac on Tuesday Oct. 28, 2014. She was born on October 9, 1924 the daughter of Harry and Mary M. Claude Dybevik in Austin, MN. Ann married Willis Miars Lawson on Nov. 30, 1944 at Iowa State University. Ann was very active in her church and civic organizations in Albert Lea, MN. Ann was a talented Interior Decorator at Leland Dress Realty and Construction. She enjoyed shopping to decorate the newly built homes. Ann loved her family and loved to cook for the whole clan. Ann is survived by her son David (Paula) Lawson of Fond du Lac and one daughter Nancy (Kurt) Fischer of Faribault, MN, four grandchildren: Heather (Gary) Ring of Robinsdale, MN, Lisa (Brian) Finnvik of Plymouth, MN, Ellen (Jake) Petricka of Savage, MN, and Matthew (Bobbi Jo) Lawson of Irownwood, MI, two great granddaughters: Florence and Madison and five step great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Willis, and one grandson Corey Lawson Per her request, cremation has taken place.
