Shirley A. Butzke, 88, of Campbellsport went to her heavenly home on Wed. November 25, 2015 at her home surrounded by her beloved family. She was born on October 2, 1927 in the Town of Auburn, the daughter of Lewis and Inez (nee Loomis) Tonn. On October 15, 1946, Shirley married Raymond H. Butzke at St. John Lutheran Church in New Fane. They farmed together in the Town of Auburn until 1966 and she then worked as a waitress at the Fin ‘n Feather and the Kewaskum Family Restaurant and later at Precision Metals in Campbellsport until retiring. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, New Fane, the Lutheran Church Women, the Campbellsport VFW Auxiliary and was a Sunday School Teacher at St. John. Shirley loved gardening especially her gladiolas and also made wedding cakes and special birthday cakes for her family. She was also an avid Milwaukee Braves and Brewers and Green Bay Packer Fan. Survivors include her children Dianne (Loren) Trapp Kienbaum of Escondido, CA, Donita (Ralph) Trapp of Beechwood, Darc (Joe) Klotz of Campbellsport, Debbie (Hank) Wagner of St. Cloud and Ray (fiancée Cindy) Butzke of Campbellsport, 17 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ray on March 28, 1985, her great grandson Travis Trapp, her son-in-law Ronald Trapp, her sister Darlene Kuehl and her brothers Ronald Tonn and Darwin Tonn. Funeral services will be Monday November 30th at 11:00 AM at St. John Lutheran Church, New Fane (N683County Hwy S, Kewaskum). Rev. Mark Eckert will officiate and burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Memorials are appreciated to St. John Lutheran Church. There will be no visitation prior to the services but a reception will be held in the parish hall after the burial.
